Ii. Rectification Measures and Suggestions:
1. In view of the serious damage to the monitoring probe in the student dormitory, it is recommended to place a net cover outside the probe。
2. Comprehensively overhaul the gate leading to the roof, lock it with a big lock, and send a special department to keep the key。
3. In view of serious damage to fire fighting equipment，It is suggested to establish a guarantee responsibility system，The departments that use the training building are responsible for the care of the fire fighting equipment in the building，Damage is responsible for the department;The department is responsible for taking care of the fire fighting equipment and monitoring equipment on each floor of the student dormitory，The department is responsible for damage。
4. Strengthen safety education for students。The safety education for students in our college is only arranged for one hour at a time during the military training, and the content of safety education cannot be fully explained. Some departments do not organize new students to carry out safety education。This semester, the Security Department will issue a "Notice on the opening of safety education courses in the first year of college", requiring each department to organize students to participate in safety training。In view of the importance of safety education in college safety management, it is recommended that our college start safety education course from the freshmen of 2010, incorporate safety education course into our college students' compulsory course, and take advantage of the self-study time at night.The Security Department is organizing personnel to prepare the teaching syllabus and teaching plan of the safety education course。
